IGSSS, a renowned organization where it takes care of the poor and marginalized people and therefore has been evolved as a player in the development sector in India. We are promoting the sustainable Livelihood, Energizing the youth and protecting lives and livelihood of the poor ones. Also, we are taking initiatives in empowering the women and younger girls and therefore promoting gender equality in India. Our aim is to work for the equality, freedom, integrity and therefore taking care of the basic human rights for every individual helping to increase the level of marginalized people by through our various programmes. We at IGSSS, are concerned for the women, their upbringing in the society and also their livelihood. Our main purpose is to look over the plan and actives and help to improve their living standards in the socity. Women are very much deprived of the rights and the privileges and we are taking various measures to improve the Gender Equality in India. We have also worked for improving their status among the society where the people are not able to meet up their basic needs. Here, we adopt measures of positive discrimination in favor of women and look over their every basic needs. As being the leading Non-Government Organization Development, IGSSS is working for the rights of the women and empowering the women in rural areas through the projects. Our main concern is to bring the womanhood at forefront in the development of India and provide them equal rights without discriminating on any gender or creed context. We help them to build their own assests and help them to achieve livelihood in the society and therefore working for the Gender Equality Rights India. IGSSS has been following a strategy to provide advancement, development and empowerment of women and their livelihood among the society. Therefore, we are focusing on the gender Equality and try to bring in women-development programmes for their betterment and growth in the society in almost every respect. Through our women-driven programmes we emphasize onwomen’s rights and women’s role as active participants and beneficiaries in the development process in order to give them equal rights among the India society and provoking Gender Equality in India, among the people. At IGSSS, we have come up with the Women Resource Centers for the development and growth of womanhood in the rural ares and look for their growth as per the livelihood and assets are concerned. We also get generous donations and therefore, supporting the socio-economically poor women to make a good livelihood in the Indian society. Our role as a Non-Governmental Development Organization only aims at improving the coinditions of the womanhood and raise them above the poverty line. We at IGSSS, is concerned for women and seeks the equal participation of women and men in development of the society and also we emphasize on Gender Equality India and therefore focusing on the reduction of gender disparities among the people.
