There was a lot of team building at the office Christmas party of an established corporation in the United Kingdom. This created a bond between those on the teams that allowed them to work together in ways that they might not do in the office. On top of that, the socially relaxed atmosphere allowed people present to let their hair down a bit and really provide valuable contributions. Everyone at the event was pleased by the outcome and they said that they want to do this again.
