I personally enjoy taking my dog for an early morning run with me. He always keeps me happy and strong. I always feel like my dog is right there with me to give me tons of happiness and trust. He seems to follow me wherever I go. I once took him to the vet and the doctor told me that he had the heart of a five year old dog. My pet is now ten years old and in the best shape of his life. I like to hear good reports from the doctors that look after my pet. Exercise is a whole lot of fun. I tend to work out at least five days a week and my dog knows how serious I am in my training. He likes to come outside with me when I am watering my grass as well. He has truly become my best buddy. Dogs need to get their daily exercise. Unfortunately, society has come to a place where they think that pets should be locked inside the house and only taken out for their morning and evening walk. I have learned that our dogs can get lazy if they are not exercised properly. If you notice the difference between an active dog and an inactive dog, you will find a huge difference. Active dogs will often huff and puff less. They have more oxygen going on inside of them because they are opening up their arteries and air passages. You will find that pets that do not run are lazy and like to sit around a lot. Active dogs tend to walk around the house more and they are often more alert. Amazingly you can find dogs like this in parks and recreation centers around the world. When a dog needs to be ran, they usually don't know how to tell you. Some pets will wage their tale and look at you as if to say, "Hey, remember me?" Other dogs won't know what to do at all. However, we can carefully look at a pet and see that it is trying to tell us something. I think that pets give us the kind of love and respect that we need to get them into motion. I think that if you have your dog on your mind, then you might want to show them that you care. I like to take my German Shepherd out for a game of catch everyday. He always knows when its time for him to go outside. He will simply look at me and bring me his leash. He then runs outside and I toss him the ball. He loves to play catch. He has been this way from the first time that I ever saw him. Its amazing how our pets can see how loving we are to them for different reasons. Pets love to see our reactions to them because they want to know where we stand. We can teach our pets how to be obedient with change and time. I think that a dog will even respond to you better if it gets used to a routine. I usually start my dog off with a morning run and then a game of catch. He shows me that he loves it so much.
