There are tons of things you can do while staying in the Caribbean living the lifestyle of your FRACTIONAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP vacation home. You can even stay there on days if you do not feel well and relax out by your luxury pool. If you would like to take your children to go sightseeing, there are several places you can do that as well. Before you had picked out where you want to stay you may have asked the realtor and did some searching around during your own free time to see what you can come up with. There can be some amusement parks or museums that would be fun for kids and adults to do. Do not forget to have your realtor show you to different places so you will know where to go. Your property may be by the beach so even if you do not feel like going out anywhere on a particular day, then you can take your kids down a few feet to where the beach area is. They can play and have fun in the water while you relax on a lawn chair watching them have the time of their lives if you would like or you could join in on their fun and get in the water with them. The best idea would be not to take your vacation time during the months of the hurricane season because you would never know when a hurricane would show up from out of nowhere. You have decided to come to the Caribbean a few weeks a year to relax and have fun but not to dodge the rain and wind a hurricane would have. If your kids have had enough sun from playing at outside water parks or amusement parks, then it may be time for them to have some fun indoors as well. You may have found some excellent educational things they can do that would keep them occupied for hours. You might happen to run into the other family occasionally and if they are not doing anything, then you might want to see if all of you want to go out somewhere together. It would be nice to bond with some other people and maybe they have kids that your children would be able to play with. Having your own FRACTIONAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP would be worth the money to spend on your half especially when you have someplace to stay and you would not have to go around the whole island searching for hotels that might be all booked up.
