Watch Out for the Stumbling Block! The Watchers had access to the heavenly library but not to the sacred vaults where the Lord concealed future events and changes in His divine calendar. We see that God even withheld certain information from His apostles when they asked about the reign of Christ. Acts 1:7 “ And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.” The Spirit of the Lord made known to the apostles the next season of the Weeks which Paul writes saying. 1 Thessalonians 5:1 "But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you." For God elects the moment of the change and also forewarns His servants. Isaiah 42:9 "Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them." The key is how the Lord spoke of the TIMES and the SEASONS. Since the beginning the Spirit of the Lord elected the time of events and the change of the seasons. In each season there followed a new commandment. The new season steward issues new commandments to mark the new day. For this is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. God’s Charge to Adam: The Five and Half Days (5500 Years) Satan hearing this time-frame God spoke to Adam acted accordingly to overthrow Adam’s faith. But after the five and a half days and nights, Satan began to scratch his head and ponder and said, “Since we do not know the day which God determined to save you we will make war against you and your children.” Satan finally figured that the time-frame was put in millennial days as 1 day= 1000 years. Psalm 90:4 "For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night." Notice how the chief apostle Peter interpreted the thousand years literally. 2 Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." Satan set his calendar accordingly and plotted carefully his wiles. But the princes of this world (system) did not prepare themselves for God’s secret vault calendar. Taken by surprise the demons enquired about Jesus’ mission and said, Matthew 8:29 “What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us BEFORE the TIME?” They were inquiring; Is this the beginning of your 1000 year kingdom reign on earth? Is David going to rule from Jerusalem? See the wisdom of God in the concealing of the seasons. 2 Corinthians 4:4 "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." Satan's mind-set was reflected in the religious leadership but not in the perceptions of John the baptist or the apostles. He was ready for the new season and said, Matthew 3:14 "But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?" But the rest were blind! Job 10:12 "Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit." 1 Corinthians 2:8 “ Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” Jeremiah 51:18 "They are vanity, the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish." And so Satan set the working error again in the mind of the Jews to look for the Messiah in the rejected time-frame of the 15th century. Luke 19:44 "And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation." Daniel’s Revelation: Weeks The Father elected to reset His events-watch to the 70 weeks of Daniel. Daniel 9:24 "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy." 25 "Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven WEEKS, and threescore and two WEEKS:” (Removing the time-line from Adam to Daniel or from the 5500 years to the 4000 thousandth year. Before hand, as an example: The fallen Watchers in ancient times had invested a lot of time in preparing the land of Canaan after Israel went into Egypt, with forts and armaments. They populated the land with their children (giants)and kings and hoped to stop the plan of God and His servants Moses and Joshua. They made Jerusalem into a fortress and mount Sion in Hermon. Deuteronomy 4:48 "From Aroer, which is by the bank of the river Arnon, even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon." And they tried again to stop the plan of God to recover their possessions in the time of David but failed. For David slew the watchers children. Physical and Psychological Domain Satan also ruled Israel through the idols of Baal and God separated the tribes during the times of king Rehoboam. Daniel continues “the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two WEEKS shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.” (Daniel 9:24-26) The religious leaders were in expectation of the prophecies and God gave many dreams and visions to prepare the hearts of the people for the welcoming of the Lion of Judah. But only the Lamb arrived and the religious leaders were taken off--guard that their Messiah was weak and poor and not the glorious king of the Jews. In their reproach and shame of Jesus the carpenters son, the Romans and the unbelievers derided the leaders. John 11:48 "If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation." Satan entered Judas Iscariot by this perception and ruled his passions. He wanted to see the ruling King of Judah and designed a plan to make it so. The Trick of Timing: The Jews remove Isaiah 53 Why is it that more Christians believe the Biblical Creation story than do the Jews by whom it was written? Since the Jews looked for Him in the 5th day and He did not come. Now they set a new date for the 15th century and the crusades were a pre-emptive move. Let us prepare Jerusalem for the Messiah! And they died in their sins. John 8:21 "Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come." It was during this time that the church wanted to prepare the city Jerusalem for the coming of the Lord. The Crusades where a preparatory act for this to welcome the Messiah. Jesus said the time will come when you will look for Me and shall not find Me. So today the scriptures are viewed as a religious psychology book and history but not really prophetic. Jesus warned them and said, John 7:34 “ Ye shall SEEK me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come.” You will look for Me out of the time-frame. John the Baptists Question to Jesus Luke 7:20 "When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?" But Jesus did all the accompanying signs of His promise fulfilling all the law and the prophets. They say that Jesus must be the Gentile Messiah to save them, but we Jews have Abraham to our father and we look for the King of Israel of the House of David. So now the Jews (many) have a different approach to the scriptures and use them as a moral guide rather than prophecy. He came to His Temple Suddenly: To Wash the Sons of Levi This was a brilliant tactic of God to come suddenly to His temple. That is right! But how do we fit the difference in the time-frame? Nicodemus recorded the 5500 years in place of the 4000. The time-line is off in the interpretation by a 1500 year discrepancy for the Jewish leaders were looking for the 'other time' which Jesus spoke of in the books of Adam and Eve. Matthew 24:50 “The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he LOOKETH NOT for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,” and again He said, John 8:21 "Again he said unto them, I go my way, and ye shall SEEK ME, and shall die in your sins:” Why? Because they were believing the testimony of Adam and Eve and the 5500 years not knowing the Power of God nor the scriptures of Enoch about the “rejected mysteries”. 1 Adam and Eve 3:2-6 "Yea, the Word that will again save thee when the 5 days and half are fulfilled," 1 Enoch 16:3 "You (Watchers) were once in heaven, but not all the mysteries of heaven are open to you, and you only know the REJECTED MYSTERIES." People will sin because of you. And because of the religious leaders resistance to the Father’s power and resisting the Holy Ghost they testified of Christ that He was not their Messiah and so Jesus said this about the Romans, Luke 19:44 ”And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the TIME of thy visitation.” And again Jesus said, Luke 12:56 “Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this TIME?“ The Genealogies: Avoid these Paul says When the time-line is measured in generations it is 4000 years. See the list of generations of Matthew and Luke. 1 Timothy 1:4 “ Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.” God whats your faith in the testimony of Him (days of heaven) which cannot be numbered. For the wisdom of God put different totals and numbers to the letters for this reason. Psalm 89:29 "His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven." Matthew 1:17 “So all the GENERATIONS from Abraham to David are fourteen GENERATIONS; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen GENERATIONS; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen GENERATIONS.” The “Rejected Mysteries” which tripped up the Watchers that fell and the confusion that reigned in the kingdom of darkness also moved the religious leaders to shame and envy to reject the Messiah they looked for through the many generations. Paul says that the same thing will take place again when the false church will rule in place of faith in the covenant. History will repeat itself and those that resist the Holy Ghost will fight to retain the tradition of man and charge the servants of God with folly. But again this fulfils the record of John the baptist which is given to us. (that is another lesson); Colossians 1:26 "Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from GENERATIONS, but now is made manifest to his saints:” Barnabas 3:4 "For the consummation of sin is come, as it is written, as the prophet Daniel says, And for this end the Lord has “Shortened the times” and the “Days” that His beloved might hasten His coming to His inheritance." The time of visitation is upon the church and the season of change. Prepare your heart and come into His covenant before you miss this season of change.
