If your designer hasn't asked this question he/she is probably going through the motions. DO YOU NEED A JOB BOARD, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF WEB PORTALS? A simple e-brochure is fine, but interactive features take your recruitment website to the next level. Almost every job seeker has been searching for jobs online for years now. They are used to having job boards and the ability to apply online. If you don't incorporate these features into your recruitment website, you are already behind. OTHER IMPORTANT QUESTIONS · What is the single most important thing that you want the audience to know about your recruitment company? · How will you measure success? Number of hits? You should always feel comfortable speaking with your web design firm. Sometimes ideas are hard to put into words, and you need to feel like your web design firm will listen, care and understand. Nothing is worse than having your web designer try to squelch your creativity, or even do it by accident because you just don't seem to speak the same language.
