Holding international patents has become an important part of the corporate structure of organizations that are branching out into new areas of the globe. With the ability to produce and manufacture their patented materials overseas a number of organizations are realizing the importance of protecting the ideas, designs and formulas that have contributed to their success. Just because they own a patent in the United States does not mean that a company is automatically protecting their intellectual property throughout the world. To the contrary, in countries like Taiwan there is no copyright or trademark law and patents are ignored as manufacturers in that country are able to produce "knock-offs" of every major brand and include the real name of the product in their counterfeits. In other places copyrights and patents are protected and as a result corporations that are moving into new international territories are being required by their executive board to acquire the appropriate patents that relate to each individual county they operate in. As there is not a current international office that can administer patents which are honored on every continent there is a growing need to have an established patent translated and submitted for approval in each country that is going to be influenced by a multinational corporation. Seeking the rights that will allow them to protect their intellectual property, a number of organizations are hiring translation services that offer the convenience and accuracy of not only transcribing an existing original patent into a foreign language, but actually submitting the accompanying paperwork that is required by the governing bodies that regulate patents inside the country. Through the expert help of native speaking foreign nationals, translations of official documents can be made that are identical in their tone and verbiage as the original patents are. Allowing businesses that are looking for the protection of international patents to aid their growth across the world, corporations that are expanding into foreign markets are able to keep their company secrets safe with the official documentation that protects their intellectual property. Multiling is a international patents optimizing translation for leading innovators. (http://www.multilingip.com)
