Customer reviews are a wonderful way to find out about a company. After you find a few plumbing companies you thing would give you the best rates you can then call those companies. Some of them may be able to give you estimates over the phone and some may want to actually look at the problem before giving you an estimate. You also have to keep in mind that just because someone is cheaper does not necessarily mean they are better. So if you run across a website with very poor customer reviews but they charge less than the others it may be wise to pay a little more for someone that will do the job right. You also want to ask the company if they provide any type of warranty or guarantee on their work. It may cost you more to have the work guaranteed but it will save you money if the problem comes back. When they guarantee their work that means that if the problem comes back they will come out and fix it for free. So paying extra for a warranty is actually saving money in the long run.
