In an industry has a failure rate of about 97% – only after about a month or two after joining, people are dropping out. They join with the dream of success, riches, and wealth, but some come to the realization that they are making less than they are spending each month and decide that that they must pull out before they lose any more money. Too many try to hunt anybody and everybody down and try to place them inside their business. This is not good for many reasons. You must be looking for people who are looking to start their own business and make money from home. Unless your friends and family want exactly this – you should not be hounding them to get in your business. They may just to satisfy you, but drop out shortly after. 2.You Can Lose Friendships. Again, forcing people into your business is not the way to go. You should want to find people who are looking to succeed and want to start a business. When you are harassing your friends and family – spamming their in-box in order to get them to join your opportunity, you may damage or lose friendships. Don't do it. There are better ways. After You Sponsor A New Rep, What Do You Do? To always remain solid, you should make darn sure that your sponsors remain enrolled. The way this is accomplished is easy – help them succeed. Just because you are nice doesn't mean that people will stay in your business – but truly helping them and teaching them methods in order to go out and sponsor people of their own - will. People leave because they aren't profiting. They will stay in once you teach them how to profit and they actually start profiting. Trust is always earned by building relationships. There are many ways to do this – telephone, face-to-face, videos, email, and social media. The method doesn't matter too much – just make sure it is part of your routine! 3.Provide Leadership to Newcomers. Once you know how to generate leads and sponsor more people – you want to inform your down-line. There are 2 reasons why this is a good thing: Your down-line will start to generate leads and sponsor people of their own - building a large team and large down-line. Your paycheck will then start to grow because of this. You will be preventing your down-line from leaving the industry and you are increasing your retention rate because they have started to make money and have no reason to quit now. 1.Be Able To Duplicate! Teach your team only methods that can be duplicated by them. If you are teaching them something that only you can do – then you are not only wasting your time, but the time of others as well. Conclusion Never forget, the success of your down-line is directly associated with your success. If the have little success – you have little success.
