Let me give out something a lot of people in particular my coaching students and subscribers have been asking me is how to manage all my virtual staff and all the team together, without having to invest so much time checking back and forth and managing the projects. Certainly, what I would propose highly is to create or to obtain a system which include project management system to put into place. One that I’ve used very successfully is referred to as ActiveCollab. ActiveCollab is certainly not expensive to buy, it is possible to buy it outright for approximately $400 US. When you finally set that system up, you can basically be capable to access and delegate everything and handle your day-to-day projects all in one place. Another system that you may use as clearly is termed BasecampHQ and lots of marketers out there also recommend it too, it’s quite easy to work with. And so, that’s what I recommend doing - to use a project management system. In the project management system, you can deal with everything from your projects, staff, communication, etc. It’s simply having a backlog that’s loaded up into there. The fantastic thing about running in a project management system is you may track what’s going on. That’s what I love - I’ll have to hop into the system and see how progress is working on this project, what’s happening with this project, and therefore forth. That’s an effective way doing it. Another thing I would like to refer to as certainly is keeping track of all passwords and usernames can be a bother now what I also recommend doing is establishing an account in this system called Lastpass.com. What you may do from there is arrange all your passwords inside this little system which is absolutely free, and have it joined out to your project management system hence that if any of your virtual staff or team members needs to access your usernames or passwords for certain projects, they can easily use this system, log it in and once they’ve put it straight up, they’ll have complete accessibility to something that they have to do. And so those are two things that I want to resolve with others - as mentioned, these 2 pieces of software that I recommend is ActiveCollab which you can just buy outright or setup for yourself which is a project management system, or BasecampHQ which is an internet based system which you just have to pay monthly fee and everything runs online there to suit your needs.
