Everything you could ever hope to know is provided in this program. The How 2 Reduce Belly Fat in 7 Days Diet Manual is 286 pages and covers all the fundamental aspects of losing belly fat. Managing our thoughts, how our food makes us fat, government controlled labeling, weight loss cons, and more. Also included are helpful worksheets so you can keep track of your food, your thoughts, your goals, and your exercise transformation.

Nutritionist Josh Bezoni provides quite solid information and ideas in this program. He uncovers the obesity conspiracy (yep, Big Brother is doing more than just watching you!) and warns about the dangers of pharmaceuticals and weight loss scams. To help in consolidating all the information, he lists 15 7DBBD Commandments; my favorite is #14. :)

A lot of what I discovered in this Diet Manual was not new to me, since I have been a diligent student of nutrition for the past ten years. Still I did discover a theory I had never heard before. He calls it "Calorie Confusion" and discusses how this method can mend your metabolism and trick your body into continuously burning more and more calories and body fat without hitting a plateau. Very interesting!

The many reports that are offered in the package cover other fundamental facets of belly fat loss.

- Exercise recommendations with how-to diagrams are included.

- I found the food comparisons particularly beneficial in the "37 Foods that Kill Belly Fat" Report. Photos are included and explanations for the bad and good foods.

- The Success Tracker is in workbook format so you can easily keep track of your progress. It also includes some input from Coach Josh on a daily basis to keep you motivated.

Overall, this program covers everything you need to know about how 2 reduce belly fat. Lists of foods, herbs and spices, as well as some recipes are included. There is a "Done For You" Cookbook that covers even more than the Diet Manual provides.

Additionally, I think it's neat that Coach Josh hosts a 7 Day Belly Blast Diet Challenge each year with more than $50,000 worth of cash and prizes to further motivate people to undergo extraordinary transformations.

Who is This Program For?

If you wish to learn how foods affect your body and how to make changes, this program is for you. There is a lot of information included, so it might be daunting to those who don't yet know much about nutrition, however the comprehensive nature of the material is essential for newbies, so I recommend they keep pushing through!

This program is NOT for someone who expects pages and pages of pre-designed meal plans. Even though a few samples are provided in the Diet Manual, for the most part you will be putting together your own meals. (Note: The "Done for You" Cookbook proves to be very helpful and eliminates this concern completely.)

What I Didn't Like (Not a Deal Breaker)

I was a little bit annoyed after I purchased the program that there were three upsells presented. I assume that many people purchase these items, and they are all helpful to the program, nonetheless it felt intrusive to me as I merely wanted to get the program and commence learning.

However, it really was a small inconvenience, and I'm especially sensitive to it because it's one of my pet peeves - I didn't allow it discourage me from enjoying the product. :)

I originally thought that in order for the program to work, Josh's supplements were a required buy. I have a lot of products that I already personally love and I don't like to be told to change. ;) However once I read more, the supplements Coach Josh has developed are free of the poisons that many over-the-counter supplements contain, so they are within my high standards of supplementation. 8) Also, Coach Josh teaches you how to see if your favorite supplement is a belly buster, and whether you can substitute it.

I noticed the Fast Abs Manual information was already covered in the Manual. However it is handy to have it printed separately while working out, so it wasn't too much of a bother.

The Weight Loss Supplement Review and the 7 Deadly Sins of Diet Scams both included information that was already covered in the Diet Manual, and I'm not sure what the logic behind that was. Again it is a tad redundant, but not a deal breaker.

All in all I think this is a complete solid program…Coach Josh has thought of everything and provides many resources to aid you as you learn how 2 reduce belly fat…in 7 days! I recommend giving it a try, you've got nothing to lose... except your belly fat! ;)
