Selecting the proper mounting for a LCD or Plasma TV can be a daunting task. Ceiling-mounted systems offer significantly more flexibility and adjustability than wall supports. They allow TVs to move on the horizontal and vertical axes, and some options allow for 360 degree rotation. With all adjustable mounting systems, one must consider how the tilt angle must be adjusted. Some mounts allow for adjustment by hand while others require one or more tools to fully adjust the TV to the preferred angle. Considering each option will help determine which setup will work best in the given situation.
