Gambling is a phenomenon that is spread in the entire world. It comes in all forms and in all sports, not only at casinos but also on the internet. Because of its variety, gambling is a very profitable business. There are a lot of theories about the future of gambling, from the disappearance of casinos to online gambling domination. As technology evolves it is only natural that the popularity of online gaming increased. The players have more options which attracts even more players because they have a wider variety of casino games to play and they can choose to play against amateurs, as well as professional players. Even during the economical crisis the industry of gambling showed us growth and stability. Game software With the evolution in technology it is safe to say that the gaming software will improve, with graphics becoming even better than they are now. Photographs will be able to be scanned or uploaded by players, and in order to use as 3D, touch screens may even replace keyboards. Also the interaction between users in games will certainly evolve. Casino Games In casino games we can expect also an evolution with new games being added. We can look forward to seeing games that address certain audiences. Also we will see a rise in popularity for online casinos that offer a vast selection of online games opposed to those that target a select audience. Legislation The legislation already has started to change and it will continue to change, mainly because of financial reasons instead of moral ones. Land based casinos Casinos will also change. They will get bigger, technologically more advanced, and more digitalized with digital slots, as well as touch screen blackjack and poker tables. Along with 3D technology the gambling experience will sure be something to look forward to. It is safe to say that the line between online gambling and live gambling will be thinner than ever. The laws will slowly but surely start supporting gambling rather than continue fighting it.
