The water is warm and nice, especially if you visit around the Amihan season which is also the season that you will get to see from surfers around the world at the island because the winds are ideal for surfing at that time. Local Cuisine Sampling the local cuisine is another interesting thing you could do besides windsurfing Boracay. The cuisine consists of tasty sea food dishes such as lobsters, fish, prawns and oysters. Most restaurants will have a wide variety of international foods on their menu, ranging from Mexican to Spanish foods.Do not miss the opportunity to go back home with a souvenir. There are many souvenirs from t-shirts made by locals to beads made from seashells. There are also sea corrals sold in he streets. Even though some of them are exquisite it is important to be careful because some of them are not legal in countries like the United States and Britain.
