• There are less costly and time consuming legal problems for the owner because the property management manager oversees tenant screening, takes cares of the evictions, maintains the property so there are no safety issues with the property, collects the rent, handles security deposits, and more.
• There are shorter vacancy cycles due to the property management mangers taking care of the properties.
