Network marketing is a very powerful business model. But the flaw with the Broker/Agent relationship is that as agents grow and mature, they eventually want to become brokers. Why? Because they don't have the same thing to gain as an agent. So when agents branch out, they will become brokers. So as a broker, you have just trained and developed your competition. Network Marketing - Sometimes referred to as multi-level marketing is a model whereby a team of distributors are responsible for marketing and promoting products and services. Each distributor is part of a larger team and also has the opportunity to build teams of their own. So these distributors are responsible for their own businesses. In the multi-level marketing, if a distributor is successful, not only does he benefit, but every distributor above him in the organization benefits. This model allows for every single person to be a "broker" because everyone has the same thing to gain. Network marketing creates greater leverage because you don't have distributors wanting to leave your organization. Your success is not 100% dependent on your time, but the efforts of everyone on your team. As a network marketer, your responsibility is to support and develop your team. In network marketing, there is no flaw other than you. You are responsible for your own success. In summary, as an employee, when you get better, you spend more time at the company. As a broker, when your agents get better, you lose them. As a network marketer, when your distributors get better, both you and your distributors benefit. Network marketing is the absolute best model for earning money. You can build a dynamic business on a part-time basis while you are still earning money from the other money-earning models.
