Who we are We, as a Dedicated World’s Poor Muslim (DWPM) organization will endeavor to show you how your generous donations are being used between the neediest of Muslims. We will be posting reports on projects where you have contributed, so that you can see the difference your donations make. . What we do I welcome you to this website in the name of Allah who is most gracious, most Merciful. The objective of ‘DWPM” is: To provide relief from poverty and hardship. To advance the better understanding of Islam. Where we work We believe that it is important to have these joint objectives because there is some confusion on the role of charities that are Islamic in nature. Giving charity is one of our character building principles pleasing to Allah. By the Grace of Allah ‘‘DWPM” has been set up as a charity that enshrines Islamic principles in the collection and distribution of aid. This means that all our methods of collection, banking and distribution are in accordance with the Qur’an and A’ Hadeeth. What we expect I hope that you will donate generously to help the needy and at the same time to advance the better understanding of Islam. Finally, I end this message with a prayer to ALLAH that enables us to keep firm on our religion “DEEN” so that "DWPM”’ can distribute your trusts in the best possible way and obtain ALLAH blessings and Mercy –Ameen Food Aid The purpose of the Food for Peace Program is help with deeper, longer term hunger alleviation and achieve food security (where people do not have to live in hunger or in fear of starvation). This is accomplished by the provision of food aid to save lives, to help people recover from crises and to support nutrition and development in impoverished countries. We provide two types food.Number of them is “Program Food Aid”. Here we provide rice or look like food for only very poor people to help recover from crises. And other hand “Relief, or Emergency Food Aid” We serve food for emergency situations, such in cases of war, natural disasters, etc Masjid Contruction The masjid is the heart of any Muslim community, providing much more than a place of worship. The first and foremost duty performed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) upon entering Madinah at the time of emigration was to build a Masjid. He said, ‘Whosoever builds a house (masjid) for the pleasure of Allah, whether it be small or large, Allah builds for him a house in Paradise.’ - at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Hibban, Abu Dawud, and Ahmad DWPM builds new masjid or reconstructs damaged masjid in several countries. You can donate the whole cost of the masjid or part of it. It is an excellent form of Sadaqah Jariyah as the donor can expect to receive rewards as long as the masjid is standing and as long as people worship there. “If Allah touch thee with affliction, there is none that can relieve therefrom save Him, and if He touch thee with good fortune (there is none that can impair it); for He is Able to do all things.” (6 Surat-ul-Anaam .
