If you are not looking for a property to buy, the alternative is looking for houses to rent. Pattaya, whilst being a hotbed of property construction, also has a vibrant rental market and one only has to scan the windows of the many property agencies situated prominently throughout the city to see that there is plenty of rental property available. The prospective renter can choose from a short stay (as in a month's vacation) to renting long term, sometimes on a permanent basis. Virtually every type of property is available for rent. Condominiums or apartments are freely available, the rental fee being consummate with the quality of the accommodation, the facilities provided and its location. In addition to the rent required, it is usual for utility services to be the subject of an additional charge. Electric and water are billed separately from the rent, as would be additional services such as internet, either by wireless or wired connection. There may also be an additional charge for maintenance and this is normally charged on the size of the accommodation at a set rate per square metre. These maintenance charges cover the provision of security services, the cost of taking care of and looking after the grounds and gardens as well as the internal communal areas of the condominium complex itself. There are many benefits when just looking for houses to rent pattaya boasts a large resident community, but also there is the need for short and long term rental accommodation. Many choose to rent long term as they don’t wish to get involved in what can be a difficult legal and official process to purchase a property. Sometimes it is just far easier and less hassle to rent. The beauty of renting is that it is so convenient to move location within Pattaya. If, after renting for a period, you consider the location not to be to your liking then moving is easy, especially if renting a fully-furnished apartment or condominium, when the trouble of moving is minimised by the lack of need to move furniture from one place to another. Renting a property in Pattaya can be a very pleasant experience, and with so many properties available, you will have no trouble finding one you like!
