Neglected health, improper eating habits and lack of proper diet can cause health issues amongst housewives. .Buy groceries wisely – Usually it’s the house-wife who does the shopping for the house. So when you buy grocery items ensure that you buy only the healthy and low-calorie items. Skip all those fries, chips, etc. which are very unhealthy. If you stock these things at home for the children avoid doing that. When you have these unhealthy snacks at home you will be tempted to gorge on them. Plan a healthy eating for you and your family. .Take timeout for regular exercise – Housewives need to give themselves some time. They need to plan out a proper exercise regime which will help them deal with weight issues and will make them more energetic to accomplish all the work. The exercises regime followed should be simple and effective. You need to do cardio (walking, cycling and swimming) for around 5-6 days a week, for 20-30 min. Stretching exercises like pushups are good for the abdominal muscles and for a strong back. Yoga and meditation is recommended as it refreshes the mind and body. All these fitness plans can be easily followed at home by working women and housewives regularly for a healthier and positive life.
