Even if you would rather learn from an actual book, it’s easy to find cheap second-hand copies of what you need online or from friends. Take longer lessons Most people prefer their driving lessons to last for an hour at a time, but sometimes, it can be frustrating to feel that you are only just getting up to speed when the lesson finishes. It might therefore be worth asking for lessons of two hours or more for better value for money.
