In general, the annual maintenance contract or the (AMC) constantly helps the customers to maintain their devices such as the laptops, desktops, etc in an efficient working condition for a prolonged period of time so that the devices could last long without any possible bottlenecks for a year free of cost. In fact, the AMC Company is generally signed by the renting vendors to the customers for their rented devices further ensuring the customer with complete and comprehensive troubleshooting of the device at the appropriate time. Network services and solutions as a part of the Annual Maintenance Contract In general, the network services support and solutions are offered on call basis, the resolution of the technical problem is rendered through the phone call itself and in certain situations if the technical problems is not resolved, the skilled technicians are being sent to the site and further ensure that the technical problems are resolved within the stipulated time period.
