Croydon – home of the elegant 20-storey ISLAND development – may technically be ‘only’ a large town, but it’s difficult to deny that it has the energy, dynamism and forward-thinking mindset of many of the UK’s finest cities. Increasingly desirable and state-of-the-art residential property While Croydon – a part of London with a once deeply unglamorous image – is still a work in progress, it’s for this very reason that those who are seeking affordable, but sophisticated property in an up-and-coming part of the capital are urged to buy now, rather than later. This advice applies especially strongly given that property in the area is becoming higher in quality as the surrounding area becomes more sought-after as a place to live.
